WILX - BLOCK600 is getting a big name as part of the project. A Courtyard by Marriott will be developed there. This will be the first new hotel in 20 years for downtown Lansing.The Gillespie Group, with Concord Hospitality, announced on Thursday the hotel brand that will be built there.
