LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) approved the Gillespie Group’s project Dec. 16 that will bring the first upscale residential units to a professional minor league ball field.The Outfield will sit just north of Cooley Law School Stadium, home of the Lansing Lugnuts minor league baseball team. The building features more than 80 residential units. Outfield residents will enjoy spectacular views of America’s favorite pastime, hear the crack of the bat, feel the cheers of the crowd and experience warm summer nights at the ball game.
